Job Responbilities:
• To assist in the kitchen operation and help maintain high level of service that consistenly exceeded that expectation of our customers
• To plan, prepare and cook menu items. Check Periodecally expiry dates and proper storage of food items in the section.
• Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption, forecast requirement & maintain inventory.
• To carry out the smooth an efficient running in kitchen operational as appropriate.
Job Requirements:
• Maximum 30 years old
• Male or female
• Have Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage. At least 4 years working experience as a cook especially in western food, grilled and butcher.
• Mastering Western Cuisine
• Strong leadership skill and good management.
• At least 5 years experience in the kitchen
• Have a certified skill in food handling.
• Previous experience in minor leadership and supervisory roles are a definite plus.
• Very good creative and innovation skills
• Able to work under pressure and muti-tasking
• Detailed oriented
• Willing to work in JABODETABEK
