The role of Chef and Demi Chef involves preparing and presenting high-quality meals that reflect the resort's commitment to culinary excellence. Key responsibilities include planning and organizing daily menus, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, assisting in the preparation and presentation of dishes, collaborating with other kitchen staff to maintain efficiency, and supporting the head chef in managing kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic while contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Candidates must have an Associate Degree or equivalent education and between 1 and 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting. Proficiency in cooking, teamwork, and food decoration is essential. We welcome applicants who are enthusiastic about the culinary arts, adaptable to a dynamic work environment, and eager to grow within a supportive and inspiring team. Experience in a resort or hospitality setting is a plus but not required.
