What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist the Chef de Partie in daily kitchen operations
- Cook and prep menu items according to recipe and standards
- Make sure food quality, taste, and presentation are always on point
- Help train and guide junior kitchen staff or commis
- Keep your station clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and kitchen SOPs at all times
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (at least 1 year preferred)
- Solid cooking skills and understanding of basic kitchen techniques
- Team player, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
- Willing to learn and grow with the team
- Comfortable working in shifts, including weekends and holidays
