Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Diploma or vocational education in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques, dough fermentation, baking processes, and pastry production.
- Able to prepare and produce bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn.
- Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
