Job Requirements

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery, pastry kitchen, or similar role within the hospitality industry.
2. Diploma or vocational education in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Bakery, or a related field is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of bread-making techniques, dough fermentation, baking processes, and pastry production.
4. Able to prepare and produce bakery products according to company recipes and quality standards.
5. Understanding of food safety, hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
6. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
7. Good organizational and time management skills.
8. Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
9. Positive attitude, disciplined, responsible, and eager to learn.
10. Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
11. Basic English communication skills are an advantage.
