Demand & Supply Planning Analyst
Job Description
- Perform statistical forecasting and demand volume-value planning to support accurate business planning.
- Manage and monitor sales, orders, inventory, and daily planning reports.
- Align supply plans with manufacturing sites to ensure product availability meets demand forecasts.
- Support business planning through preparation and analysis for CCC – PDRM meetings.
- Support Haleon's Data Analytics initiatives as a PowerBI developer, including dashboard creation and report automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, or Supply Chain Analyst roles, preferably within FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Pharmaceutical industries.
- Strong understanding of statistical forecasting methods and demand-supply planning processes.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard building, DAX, data modeling); experience with other BI/analytics tools is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables); familiarity with SAP or other ERP/planning systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting in cross-functional meetings (e.g. S&OP/CCC-PDRM).
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
