Deskripsi pekerjaan DCS Operator PT Kreasiboga Primatama
Job Purpose
To run production using DCS system in Control Room, manage storage tank and other production facilities according to procedure/SOP of the company.
Main Responsibilities:
- Execute production process based on schedule from PPIC
- Manage raw materials and finished goods (storage, transfer, loading/unloading)
- Ensure recipe in DCS is running smoothly
- Monitor all process parameters during production
- Monitor interlock system during process
- Ensure production process are always comply with safety guidance
- Analyse process deviation and take necessary action
- Create batch production report
- Implement 5S in all production area
- Maintain efficiency of energy consumption in production
- Coordinate with Engineering Department for periodic preventive maintenance, SAMACO, etc.
- Coordinate with WWT Department regarding waste from production
Requirements
- At least D3 or S1 graduate from Chemical Engineering or Chemistry
- Have a good knowledge on chemistry
- Fluent in English is preferable
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Understand P&ID and familiar with equipment process (pump, agitator, valve, etc.) are value added
- Good personality, discipline and communication is a must
