DBA SQL Server (Database Administrator)

👩‍💻Position : DBA SQL Server

📌Location : Sudirman, South Jakarta | Onsite

🕒Experience: +4 years

📌 Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience handling SQL Server

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server 2016, 2019, or higher

• Experience in SQL Server installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades

• Skilled in backup & recovery using native tools and third-party solutions

• Hands-on experience in performance tuning & query optimization (execution plans, indexing, statistics, partitioning)

• Strong understanding of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), including:

1) ETL package development

2) Workflow & data pipeline automation

3) Data migration & integration

4) SSIS monitoring & troubleshooting

• Familiar with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) and/or SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)

• Experience with High Availability & Disaster Recovery solutions: Clustering, Log Shipping, Database Mirroring

• Understanding of database security concepts (roles, privileges, encryption, auditing)

• Experience working in Windows Server environment

📚 Responsibilities:

• Manage, maintain, and optimize SQL Server databases

• Ensure database availability, security, and performance

• Handle backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes

• Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes

• Monitor database health and troubleshoot issues proactively

• Collaborate with internal teams for database-related requirements
