🚀 OPEN POSITION – DATA SCIENTIST
PT ADI PERDANA NUSANTARA is currently looking for a talented and experienced Data Scientist to join our team for client placement in Sunter, North Jakarta.
We are looking for candidates with strong analytical skills, experience in handling large-scale data, and the ability to transform data into valuable business insights and solutions.
Job Responsibilities :
- Extract data from various sources and formats (Database, BI Tools, Excel, etc.).
- Perform data profiling, data description, and analyze data distribution.
- Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) to discover insights and provide data interpretation.
- Process, clean, and handle data issues including missing values, outliers, and data integrity validation.
- Perform feature selection and feature engineering for analysis and data modeling purposes.
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify patterns, trends, and business solutions.
- Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms based on business requirements.
- Present analytical results and insights clearly to users/stakeholders.
- Collaborate effectively with Business, IT, and related stakeholders.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Science / Data Analytics / related roles.
- Experienced in using: Microsoft Office, SQL / SQL Server, Hadoop, BI Tools (MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- SAP HANA (is a plus)
- Proficient in programming languages for data processing and analysis, such as: Python, Spark, Other data processing tools
- Experienced in handling large datasets.
- Strong understanding and experience with Machine Learning techniques, including: Clustering, Classification, Regression , Artificial Neural Networks, Other machine learning methods
- Familiar with: Data querying, Data analysis, Data profiling, Exploratory analysis, Data modeling, Prediction modeling, Data presentation
- Experience with Big Data tools is a plus.
Soft Skills :
- Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with teams.
