Data Scientist

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI innovations to solve real-world problems in the PropTech sector.

- Build and refine end-to-end predictive models, with a focus on accuracy and reliability.

- Work with large, complex datasets, including macroeconomic data from Indonesia, to drive actionable insights.

- Contribute to the improvement and optimization of credit scoring models and credit rating systems.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making processes, focusing on BI checking.

- Identify and source required data, ensuring high data quality and relevance.

- Manage resources efficiently and leverage internal/external data to support model development.

- Refine data handling and data engineering practices to scale solutions across the organization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

- 3-5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, and AI, preferably within the Fintech or banking industry.

- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with machine learning and AI innovation.

- In-depth knowledge of credit rating systems and credit scoring models.

- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.

- Experience handling large datasets, including macroeconomic data, especially within Indonesia.

- Expertise in sourcing and managing data resources for building accurate models.

- Ability to build and refine end-to-end models.

- Familiarity with data engineering concepts.
