Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize end-to-end Machine Learning, AI, and predictive models, particularly for financial and credit-related applications.
- Build and refine credit scoring, credit risk, and customer assessment models.
- Source, prepare, and analyze internal, external, financial, and macroeconomic data.
- Deploy, monitor, and continuously improve ML models to ensure accuracy and business effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Risk, Product, Business, and Technology teams to develop data-driven solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related roles.
- Experience in Proptech, Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, or Lending is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, and Credit Scoring/Risk Modeling.
- Strong data sourcing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Python and SQL.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial or macroeconomic data is a plus.
- Previous Engineering experience is a plus.
