Data Science Trainer

Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality, engaging, and practical training sessions in Data Science topics, including (but not limited to) Python programming, data analysis, machine learning, data visualization, and statistical modeling.
2. Design and update training materials, modules, hands-on exercises, case studies, and assessments tailored to client needs and current industry trends.
3. Conduct both online and in-person training sessions for professionals at varying levels of experience (beginner to advanced).
4. Evaluate and provide feedback on participants’ performance to help them achieve their learning objectives.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve training content based on feedback, technology changes, and market needs.
6. Stay up to date with the latest developments in the data science field, tools, and technologies.
7. Support business development or pre-sales efforts when technical expertise is required to define training scopes.
8. Provide post-training support or mentoring when required by clients.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (3+ years) in practicing and/or teaching Data Science or related areas.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with tools and technologies such as Python, Jupyter, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, etc.
4. Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, model evaluation, and deployment concepts.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively.
6. Experience with curriculum development and instructional design is a plus.
7. Experience in corporate or adult education/training is preferred.
8. Certified in Data Science and Data Engineer areas.
