We are looking for a Data QA Engineer who is passionate about ensuring data accuracy and reliability in large-scale data systems.
Job Description:
- Perform end-to-end data validation across data pipeline (source to target)
- Write and execute SQL queries for data validation and reconciliation
- Validate ETL processes and data transformation logic
- Identify and analyze data issues (missing, mismatch, duplicate data)
- Collaborate with Data Engineer, Backend, and related teams
- Prepare testing documentation and reports
Requirements :
- Strong SQL skills (join, aggregation, data validation)
- Familiar with ETL process (Extract, Transform, Load) and data pipeline
- Experience in data validation or data reconciliation
- Able to handle and analyze large datasets
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking
Nice to Have:
- Experience in ETL testing or data pipeline validation
- Familiar with ETL tools (Airflow, Talend, SSIS, etc.)
- Basic Python or scripting skills
- Experience in banking or fintech industry
