As a Data Governance Officer, you will be responsible for preparing structured project documentation, managing coordination logs, and ensuring assessment reports, cleansing plans, progress reports, and final reports are well-documented, accurate, and systematically written.
Responsibilites
1. Prepare assessment result reports and data cleansing plans
2. Manage coordination logs and field documentation
3. Prepare project progress reports and final activity reports
4. Document meeting results, findings, follow-up actions, and key project updates
5. Ensure all documentation is written in a clear, structured, and systematic manner
6. Support the preparation of recommendations based on assessment findings and project activities
Requirements
1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably in Communication, Information Technology, or Information Management
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in preparing documentation for ICT projects or bureaucratic reform initiatives
3. Strong understanding of technical report structures, meeting minutes, and policy recommendation writing
4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to write in a structured and systematic manner
5. Good documentation, reporting, and administrative skills
6. Able to manage multiple documents, logs, and reports accurately
7. Strong written communication skills
8. Willing to be placed in Jakarta Pusat
