We're looking for a Junior Data Engineer to grow alongside real data systems, moving from tutorials to production with mentorship and hands-on delivery.
You don't need years of experience — but you do need curiosity and a foundation in cloud data concepts. If you've built personal projects with AWS, experimented with ETL workflows, or simply love the idea of turning raw data into structured, usable insights, this is your space to learn and contribute.
This is a hybrid role based in West Jakarta, where mentorship meets real-world delivery.
What You'll Do:
✅ Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift)
✅ Write clean, reusable Python and SQL for data transformation and analysis
✅ Assist in modeling structured datasets for analytics and reporting
✅ Learn and apply infrastructure-as-code basics and CI/CD practices under guidance
✅ Collaborate with senior data engineers and analysts to understand data workflows and best practices
✅ Document data pipelines, transformations, and quality checks
Who You Are:
✅ 0–2 years of experience in data engineering, software engineering, or related technical roles (fresh graduates with strong projects welcome)
✅ Hands-on exposure to AWS (S3, IAM, Lambda, Glue, RDS, or Redshift) through personal projects, internships, or coursework
✅ Proficient in Python and SQL — comfortable writing queries and scripts
✅ Understanding of basic data concepts: ETL, data modeling, and relational databases
✅ Bonus: Experience with Airflow, Docker, Terraform, or data modeling
✅ Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and excited to grow in a collaborative team
✅ Fluent in English — written and spoken (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus)
