HeyRCG is a Bali-based, full-service marketing and performance agency. We help brands across hospitality, F&B, ecommerce and D2C grow through Meta, Google, social media, email marketing, creative production and web development. Data sits at the centre of how we work, from campaign reporting and client dashboards to the AI-powered tools we’re building for our team and clients.
About the role
You'll build the data foundations behind our reporting, analytics and AI-powered products, covering pipelines, data quality, governance and AI-ready data models. You'll work closely with international stakeholders and global clients, turning their business needs into reliable data solutions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain ELT pipelines using modular, metadata-driven practices
- Set up and enforce data quality checks, monitoring and governance standards
- Design semantic data models and prepare data so it's ready for AI use cases
- Work with global clients and cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutions and workflows
What you'll need
- 3–5 years' experience in data engineering or a similar role
- Strong SQL and Python skills
- Comfortable with Git and modern data workflows
- Hands-on exposure to GenAI tools, such as LLM-based apps, agentic workflows or MCP
- Clear written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience with Snowflake, Microsoft Fabric or similar data platforms
- Orchestration tools such as Airflow or Dagster
- Docker, Terraform and GitHub Actions
- API integrations
- dbt and data modelling best practices
