💙 What You'll Do
🖥️ Data Center Operations
Lead and supervise daily Data Center operations to ensure infrastructure availability, operational excellence, and compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
🔧 Infrastructure Management
Manage the installation, maintenance, preventive maintenance, and lifecycle management of Data Center infrastructure, including servers, networking, power, and cooling systems.
🚨 Incident & Service Management
Oversee incident response, troubleshooting, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and escalation processes to minimize downtime and ensure timely service restoration.
🤝 Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders for maintenance activities, infrastructure projects, documentation, audits, and operational support.
👥 Team Leadership
Develop and lead the Data Center Operations team through coaching, performance management, knowledge sharing, and the implementation of operational best practices.
🎯 What We're Looking For
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Data Center Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Center Operations, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Data Center infrastructure, including server hardware, storage, networking, power & cooling systems, structured cabling, incident management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), capacity planning, vendor management, documentation, and ITIL best practices.
- Hands-on Experience: Proficient in managing technologies such as Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Cisco, MikroTik, Fortinet, APC, Vertiv, VMware, Hyper-V, Linux, Windows Server, backup solutions (Veeam/Acronis), and monitoring tools (Zabbix, Grafana, PRTG).
- Professional Certifications: Certifications such as ITIL Foundation, CDCP/CDCS, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, VMware VCP, or Microsoft Azure/AWS are preferred.
- Leadership & Communication: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to lead teams, coordinate vendors, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Operational Readiness: Willing to work in a 24×7 shift environment, participate in on-call rotations, prepare operational reports, and support internal and external audit activities.

- Employment agreement status is Permanent Worker.
- Willing to working onsite in Jakarta Office.
