Job Description:
- Monitor and operate data center infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and facility systems.
- Perform routine checks, preventive maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Monitor system alerts and respond to incidents according to SOP.
- Perform hardware installation, replacement, and basic cabling/patching.
- Maintain operational logs, documentation, and incident reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for technical issues and maintenance activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Data Center Operator, IT Operations, System Engineer, or related roles.
- Basic understanding of servers, networking, and data center infrastructure.
- Familiar with monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and IT operational procedures.
- Willing to work on shift and handle on-site data center operations.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
