Work Location: Onsite – JAKARTA
Role Summary
Provides technical leadership by defining architecture, reviewing designs and code, mentoring engineers, and ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement enterprise data models, schemas, and databases to support efficient data storage, retrieval, and analytics.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate business requirements into data architecture and technical specifications.
• Define overall data architecture, data ingestion frameworks, and best practices.
• Select and manage appropriate cloud services to support end-to-end data platform implementation.
• Monitor and optimize data systems, data lifecycle, and infrastructure for performance, scalability, and integrity.
• Provide guidance to development teams and data stakeholders on best practices, data standards, and governance.
• Define and enforce usage standards, cost control policies, and governance models for cloud environments (GCP).
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in data architecture and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (GCP preferred).
• Solid understanding of ETL/ELT strategies and data lifecycle management.
• Experience defining data standards, governance, and cost optimization practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
