Job Description
- Data Integration & Governance: Manage and consolidate logistics and external distributor data accurately using SAP systems.
- Sales Performance Analytics: Conduct deep-dive performance analyses across GT & MT channels, broken down by region, distributor, SKU, and brand.
- Growth & Opportunity Discovery: Identify sales growth drivers, market declines, and potential expansion opportunities to deliver actionable recommendations to leadership.
- Commercial Reporting: Produce regular executive reports, including Sell-In vs. Sell-Out analytics, budget tracking, target vs. actual achievements, and Account Officer (AO) performance metrics.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive BI dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) to empower data-driven business decisions.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management/Industrial Engineering/Mathematics or related
- Experience at least 2 years in relevant field (FMCG Industry)
- Excellent on problem solving and analytical thinking
- Detail-oriented, fast-learner, initiative and proactive
- Solid experience using statistical packages for analyzing dataset using statistical tests and tools on advance formulas in business settings
- Proficient in using Ms. Excel/Google sheets
- Willing to be placed in Kebon Sirih-Jakarta Pusat
