1. Manage and Monitoring plan, Implement and understand project process: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling project.
2. Manage and Monitoring project with the following responsibility: scope, timeline, cost, quality, human resource communication, risk, procurement, and stakeholder/vendor.
3. Manage and Monitoring Presales activities: create proposal, follow up and discuss technical requirement.
4. Manage and Monitoring and involve in Project Implementation from final requirement: analysis & design, development, and testing.
5. Manage and Monitoring oversee team developer/vendor including brief, guide, monitoring and discussion in various duties and tasks.
6. Manage and Monitoring client communication and expectation.
7. Track IT Project, Finance (record and track expense project).
8. Do analyze and strategic thinking related projects and services to make improvement in operational, service, and revenue.
9. Create documentation related business plan and strategic plan related project and services.
10. Manage and monitoring project in order to meet deadline and completed delivery to vendor or partner
11. Do research and find strategic partner to enhance our services and improvement operational 12. Has experience in data analytic
and customer engagement platform
12. Create reporting weekly, monthly, yearly to client and superior.
1. We are looking at you have between 2 to 3 years experience in digital project or product management.
2. Bachelors degree in information technology, information systems, or other relevant subjects required.
3. Have good understanding of the digital landscape, website and mobile application technologies such as APIs, CMS, Customer Engagement
Platforms, Cloud, CRM and System Integrations.
4. Experience in using collaboration software and other project management tools (e.g. Trello).
5. Have competency in using Excel, Power point and good documentation skill
6. Detail oriented and have a strong analytical, and problem-solving skill
7. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly in both written and spoken English
8. Must have experience in CRM System, Big Data or customer engagement platform (Moengage, Clevertap, etc)
University(S1) any major, preferable in IT
