We're looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is ready to move beyond classroom theory and start solving real business problems.
You don’t need to have all the answers yet, but you do need the curiosity to find them. You know how to write a clean SQL query and build a basic dashboard, but you’re eager to learn how those numbers actually drive product, marketing, and operational decisions. If you’re detail-oriented, hungry to learn, and want to grow from "running the numbers" to "driving the strategy," this is your space.
What You’ll Do:
✅ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract, clean, and explore data from our cloud warehouses
✅ Build, maintain, and troubleshoot self-service dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, Metabase, or Tableau
✅ Support senior analysts and stakeholders with ad-hoc analysis (e.g., funnel drop-offs, campaign performance, user retention)
✅ Validate data quality, flag anomalies, and help maintain our core data dictionaries
✅ Learn the business context behind the data: understanding KPIs, user behavior, and product metrics
✅ Participate in team retrospectives and continuously improve our reporting workflows
Who You Are:
✅ 1–2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related technical role (exceptional fresh graduates with strong portfolios/internships are welcome)
✅ Solid foundation in SQL — you are comfortable with joins, aggregations, and CTEs
✅ Familiarity with at least one data visualization tool (Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, or PowerBI)
✅ Basic understanding of Python, R, or advanced Excel/Sheets for data manipulation
✅ Highly detail-oriented: you double-check your numbers before sharing them with stakeholders
✅ Eager to learn, receptive to feedback, and genuinely curious about how the business works
✅ Fluent in English — written and spoken (Bahasa Indonesia is a strong plus)
