Responsibilities
Requirement Gathering & Business Requirements Analysis
Identify and translate user requirements into Business Intelligence (BI) driven solutions
Translate business needs into requirements and documentation (BPS, RDM, MoM, UAT, etc.)
Qualifications
Education: Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Age: 25–35 years
Gender: Male/Female
Skills:
Understanding of relational database concepts
Proficient in writing and interpreting SQL queries
Skilled in data processing, including data cleansing and data wrangling
Experienced in creating data visualization using BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.)
Strong understanding of basic statistics
Experienced with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and understanding of business processes
Interpersonal & Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Mandatory Points

✅ Data Cleansing & Data Wrangling
✅ BI Tools (Power BI / Tableau / Looker)
✅ Basic Statistics
✅ Pengalaman ERP (preferably SAP)
