We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support our social media, digital campaigns, and e-commerce performance. You will be responsible for analyzing data from multiple digital marketing channels, providing insights to optimize campaigns, improve engagement, and drive conversions across social media, paid ads, and e-commerce platforms
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from social media ads, Google Ads, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance, sales trends, and consumer behavior.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
- Support A/B testing, audience segmentation, and customer journey analysis across digital channels.
- Analyze e-commerce performance, including GMV, conversion rates, ROI, click-through rates, and traffic sources.
- Provide insights on customer purchasing patterns, product performance, and promotional effectiveness.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain structured documentation for reporting and presenting to clients.
Requirement
- 1-2 years of experience in a digital agency, focusing on social media, digital campaigns, or e-commerce analytics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Shopee/TikTok Shop Seller Center.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with A/B testing, audience targeting, and customer segmentation.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
