Data Analyst will be responsible for:
- To conduct thorough analysis of data sets using various statistical and quantitative methods to identify patterns, trends, correlations, and insights that can be used to make informed decisions.
- To ensure accuracy and consistency of data by identifying and rectifying errors, handling missing values, and preparing the data for further analysis. •To create clear and effective visualizations, such as charts and dashboards, to present data findings in a visually compelling and easily understandable format for stakeholders.
- To collaborate with business team to understand their needs and translating those requirements into data analysis, enabling data-driven decision making process within the organization.
Data Analyst needs to have:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or a related field is typically required.
- Additional coursework or specialization in data analysis is beneficial. •Practical experience in data analysis is highly valuable.
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data analysis, such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Strong foundation in statistics to apply statistical methods, conduct hypothesis testing, and draw insights from data.
- Ability to create clear and effective data visualizations.
- Ability to adapt at approaching complex problems analytically and developing data-driven solutions.
- Ability to understand the context and requirements of the business is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with data engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders in the software development process.
