Job Description

• Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
• Interpret data, analyze results, trends or patern and algorithm using statistical techniques and provide adhoc & ongoing reports
• Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and qualitys
• Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Locate and define new process improvement opportunities
• Colaborate with internal and external clients to understand data content
• Monitoring all branches achievement appointment, turn up, sales
• Create data dashboards, charts, and visualizations, translate data into visualizations, metrics and goals
• Monitoring real-time operational monitoring of all services in telesales call center operations in handling targets & productivity
• Checking and following up on log leads & daily targets related to attendance, adherence and finding discrepancies for each call center agent
• Perform action plan/recovery plan for every algorithm leads, productivity, and achievement telesales to hit the daily, weekly, and monthly target
• Make a service level performance recap of all call center operational services & perform analysis reports daily, weekly, and monthly
• Make a recap of picklist data for each agent and agent attendance data & perform analysis reports daily, weekly, and monthly
• Supervise the telesales & support function team to ensure that each team runs the best productivity

Job Specification

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree from all major
• Minimum five years experience in the same position
• Max. 35 yo
• Understand Microsoft Office and Gsuite.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills
• Leadership skills
• Can work under pressure and having we can do attitude.
• Proven track record as Data Analyst or Work Force Management in the same field.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Would be placed at Puri Indah
