Position Summary
We are looking for a research assistant to support ongoing research projects related to the clinical validation in China of a first-of-its-kind evaluation tool. The position would be ideal for someone looking to gain experience with biostatistics and clinical research and working with top-tier hospitals and clinicians. The responsibilities potentially include:
• Reviewing clinical and statistics literature to support the study design
• Coordinate the execution and data collection process of the project
• Implementation of data analysis
• Interfacing with various collaborators, both within the company and with the hospital
You should be bright, enthusiastic and a team player in either your 3rd or 4th year of your undergraduate degree or in a graduate program. We expect you to have a good ability to juggle workloads, meet deadlines, and have good attention to detail. Being great at researching and writing, teachable, resourceful and flexible are key traits.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese & English
• Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Familiar with
Internet applications.
• Adept in programming in R, Stata, Python, and/or SAS
• Experience/familiarity with implementing statistical analysis
• Ability to work independently and remotely

Internship/Practicum Details: Flexible location: our offices are in Beijing, Taipei, and Silicon Valley. Remote interns will be considered. Unpaid but a basic stipend will be provided. Minimum 10-15 hours a week to be considered (hours and schedule are negotiable).
