Deskripsi pekerjaan Data Analyst (Project Based) PT SINERGI INFORMATIKA SEMEN INDONESIA
Requirements :
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Analytics, Statistics, Informatics Engineering or Information System.
- 3 years of experience or multiple internships in Analytics, Business Intelligence or Data Science roles (preferably in a company with large, complex, high velocity data).
- Proven experience in developing and working Tableau driven dashboards, analytics.
- Strong foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL and data visualization using tools like Tableau:
- Ability to query and display large data sets while maximizing the performance of the workbook.
- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements to technical specifications.
- Familiarity with others BI Tools like PowerBI and Looker will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with advanced analytics languages like Python or R will be an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions.
- Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences.
- Passionate about solving problems – possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration.
- Results and detail-oriented, with strong intuitions on how to solve problems creatively and quickly.
Job Description :
- Design, develop, conduct unit testing, and maintain complex Tableau reports for scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-use.
- Determine the best implementation that will meet the design of the architect.
- Work with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
- Work through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.
- Assist the various business units as a discussion partner to plan, strategise, and grow SIG's business by enabling data-driven decision-making.
- Serve as in-consultant who simplifies complex terminologies into more understandable insights to internal stakeholders
- Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions.
- Develop and deploy dashboards to monitor key metrics.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and special projects.
