Deskripsi pekerjaan Data Analyst (Mentor) IT STEP Academy

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach and guide students who are beginning their careers in data analytics

• Deliver lessons on key fundamentals: data cleaning, data visualization, SQL, Excel, and Python

• Explain concepts clearly using real industry case studies

• Assist students with practical tasks, projects, and portfolio development

• Review student work and provide constructive feedback

• Monitor learning progress and support students to stay motivated

• Create and update learning materials aligned with industry needs

• Collaborate with the academic team to improve curriculum quality

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst/ Business Intelligence/ Data Scientist

• Strong technical skills in Tableau/Power Bl, SQL Excel/Spreadsheets, and Python (Pandas, Numpy, etc.)

• Solid understanding of basic statistics and data-driven decision making

• Proven experience handling, analyzing, and visualizing data (portfolio required)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to explain concepts simply and clearly

• Teaching, mentoring, or training experience is a strong advantage

• Able to teach online when needed
