Deskripsi pekerjaan Data Analyst CRM - Marketing Mitracomm Ekasarana (Head Office Jakarta)

Kualifikasi:

  1. Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Campaign Management, CRM, Digital Marketing, Growth, or Telecommunications.
  3. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
  4. Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
  5. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.
  6. Experience in the telecommunications industry and customer lifecycle management is an advantage.

Detail Jobdesc:

  1. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end monetization and engagement campaigns within the myIM3 application.
  2. Develop customer segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize revenue, conversion, and customer engagement.
  3. Monitor daily campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven optimization initiatives.
  4. Collaborate closely with Product, CVM, Commercial, Data Analytics, Creative, and Technology teams to ensure successful campaign delivery.
  5. Conduct campaign analysis, generate actionable insights, and provide recommendations to improve business performance.
  6. Manage campaign calendars, priorities, and execution timelines to ensure timely delivery of business objectives.
