Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

• Melakukan proses top up saldo sistem secara tepat dan cepat sesuai dengan SLA.

• Melakukan rekap pelimpahan transaksi harian dengan tingkat akurasi tinggi.

• Memastikan akurasi informasi saldo mitra.

• Melakukan proses transfer dana sesuai prosedur dan memastikan tidak terjadi kesalahan transaksi.

• Melakukan penginputan jurnal transaksi dengan akurat.

• Melakukan rekonsiliasi data dan pengecekan transaksi pada aplikasi sesuai SOP.

• Melakukan monitoring transaksi untuk memastikan proses berjalan dengan baik.

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Akuntansi atau bidang terkait).

• Memiliki pengalaman di bidang operasional transaksi / finance admin / settlement menjadi nilai tambah.

• Teliti, detail, dan memiliki tingkat akurasi kerja yang tinggi.

• Mampu bekerja dengan deadline dan SLA yang ketat.

• Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel / sistem operasional transaksi.

• Memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik.

• Bersedia menjalani kontrak/PKWT selama 12 bulan under outsourcing
