Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Prepare and set up tables before restaurant operations.
- Present menu and provide information about food and beverages.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and respond to guest requests promptly.
- Clear and clean tables after guests finish dining.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Assist with restaurant setup and closing procedures.
- Follow hotel or restaurant standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Coordinate with kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
Job Requirements
- Minimum education: Senior High School (SMA/SMK), preferably in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage service is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good grooming and personal hygiene.
- Friendly, polite, and positive attitude.
- Able to work in a team and under pressure.
- Flexible working hours and able to work on weekends or public holidays.
- Basic English communication skills.
