Responsibilities:
- Create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing daily social media content and campaigns.
- Capture and edit photo and video content for promotional and branding purposes.
- Create short-form video content such as reels, TikTok videos, behind-the-scenes content, and event highlights.
- Write creative captions, social media copy, and content descriptions aligned with the brand voice.
- Support live coverage during school events, workshops, graduations, culinary activities, and promotional events.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and content performance to improve digital presence.
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative team to develop innovative content ideas and campaigns.
- Ensure all content maintains consistent branding and visual identity across platforms.
- Organize and manage digital assets including photos, videos, and content archives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, Digital Media, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends.
- Basic skills in photography, videography, and video editing.
- Familiar with editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or similar software
- Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Passion for social media, hospitality, culinary lifestyle, and content creation.
- Portfolio or social media content samples are preferred.
