The Ants Pants Uluwatu is looking for a DW Pastry Cook to join our kitchen team!

Requirements

· Basic knowledge of pastry preparation, baking, and desserts is preferred.

· Previous kitchen or pastry experience is an advantage, but candidates willing to learn are welcome.

· Able to follow instructions, recipes, and preparation standards.

· Basic understanding of food hygiene, proper food handling, and storage practices.

· Hardworking, reliable, and able to work well in a team.

· Willing to work flexible shifts based on operational needs.

Main Responsibilities

· Assist with daily pastry and dessert preparation under the guidance of the Pastry Chef or senior kitchen team.

· Help prepare ingredients, measure quantities, and organize mise en place.

· Assist with basic baking, assembling desserts, and other pastry production tasks as assigned.

· Follow recipes, portion standards, and instructions from the kitchen team.

· Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools, and equipment.

· Ensure ingredients and prepared products are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to FIFO standards.
