Responsible for providing excellent guest service by welcoming and assisting guests, providing accurate information, handling inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable guest experience throughout their visit to Taman Safari Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly, professional, and attentive manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding facilities, attractions, shows, schedules, services, and activities.
- Assist guests with directions and information about locations within the park.
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and appropriately.
- Receive and handle guest complaints professionally and in accordance with company SOPs.
- Identify guest needs and provide appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve guest concerns or requests.
- Follow up on guest complaints or special requests when necessary.
- Collect and communicate guest feedback, suggestions, and complaints to the supervisor.
- Assist in guest engagement activities, events, and special programs.
- Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude when interacting with guests.
- Ensure personal appearance and service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle special guest needs or situations by coordinating with supervisors and relevant departments.
- Support the team in maintaining a positive guest experience throughout the guest journey.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Guest Service, Frontliner, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, approachable, confident, and service-oriented personality.
- Able to handle guest complaints and difficult situations calmly and professionally.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written, is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and guest-oriented environment.
