Job Description
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Provide friendly, professional, and attentive service to all guests.
Recommend beverages and assist guests with their orders and inquiries.
Monitor beverage stock levels, replenish supplies, and report shortages to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene standards in the bar area.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Perform daily opening and closing procedures, including completing assigned checklists.
Assist with stock inventory, beverage promotions, and menu tastings.
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
Requirements
Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant, café, bar, or hospitality establishment is preferred.
Good knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktail preparation, and basic bartending techniques.
Good communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Friendly, outgoing, and guest-oriented personality.
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude.
Strong teamwork, multitasking, and time-management skills.
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of bar hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
Flexible to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Available to join immediately or on short notice is an advantage.
