Responsibilities:
- Prepare, make, and serve beverages product (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) while ensuring consistency, quality, and cleanliness of the bar area.
- Provide customer service by taking orders, serving food and drinks, and handling guest requests in a professional manner.
- Operate the POS system, and daily closing cashier report.
- Monitor, record, and manage inventory, including performing check and stock reports.
- Maintain overall cleanliness, order, and readiness of both bar and service areas to support smooth daily operations.
- Placement : Jakarta Selatan
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B fields, preferably as bartender/ess.
- Experience in handling POS system, stock management and basic inventory control is a plus.
- Confident, friendly, and customer-oriented personality.
- Honest, reliable, and able to work with integrity.
