Cybersecurity – SOC L1 Security

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year experience in SOC / Cyber Security Operations

· Familiar with SIEM tools, log analysis, and security incident handling

· Basic understanding of network security, threat detection, and incident response

· Able to work in shift/on-site/project-based assignment

· ⁠Knowledge on Cyber Kill Chain Process and MITRE Attack

· ⁠Good communication skills and willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

· Monitor and analyze security alerts and events using SIEM and EDR tools (24x7 shift-based), including Zabbix monitoring after office hours

· Perform log analysis and initial investigation of security incidents, including escalation based on SLA

· Conduct threat hunting based on emerging cybersecurity threats

· Create and manage incident tickets for alerts triggered in SIEM

· Support daily SOC operations and reporting (daily report, SLA, CVE findings)

· Coordinate with Senior Security Analysts, SOC Engineers, and customers for incident handling

· Follow up on pending tickets and unresolved vulnerabilities (CVEs)
