Responsibilities:
• Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not limited to, conducting proof of concepts (POC), building bill of quotations, supporting security designs, writing proposals, delivering product specific presentations and training
• Provide technical pre-sales support to various entities for the purpose of promoting and selling products/solutions. Entities include potential customers, existing customers, partners, and resellers
• Provide security engineering designs and implementation in all aspects of security solutions
• Primary and covering product manager for selected solutions
• Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them
• Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to support operations, security, and integrity.
• Provides technical network system and desktop support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
Requirements
• 2-3 year’s implementation experience in Data, Network & Cyber Security and deployment.
• Understanding of networking protocols
• Technical or Degree in Information Technology, Management and/or related field, and/or advanced networking certifications.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Solid understanding of network & security technologies.
• Hands-on network/security configuration experience. Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, etc.
• Ability to quickly learn new or unfamiliar technology and products using documentation and internet resources.
• Basic level understanding of Routing and Switch/Data networking skill including DHCP, QoS, IP routing protocols.
Interviews will be conducted offline/on-site.
