Deskripsi pekerjaan Cyber Security Consultant / PAM Engineer (Delinea) Indonesia Global Solusindo
We are looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant / PAM Engineer with strong expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), specifically using Delinea Secret Server, to support enterprise implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end PAM implementation projects using Delinea Secret Server (installation, configuration, integration, and optimization).
- Configure and manage privileged account onboarding, password vaulting, and rotation policies.
- Develop and customize remote session launchers (RDP, SSH, web-based access).
- Implement session monitoring, recording, and auditing.
- Integrate PAM with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and target systems.
- Configure access control policies, approvals, and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and optimize PAM deployments in enterprise environments.
- Work closely with customers to translate security and compliance requirements into PAM solutions.
- Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
- Support pre-sales activities (solution design, demo, technical discussion).
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in cybersecurity, with hands-on experience in PAM implementation.
- Proven experience in at least 2 customer projects involving PAM solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Delinea Secret Server (mandatory or strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of privileged access management concepts (vaulting, session management, least privilege, credential rotation).
- Experience with Windows/Linux server administration.
- Familiar with Active Directory, LDAP, and identity integration.
- Experience in custom launcher configuration (RDP, SSH, web access).
- Basic knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python) is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work directly with enterprise customers.
