CX ADVISOR (SENIOR SPECIALIST)
Contract | Malaysia / remote | 40 hours
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a senior CX specialist to anchor the methodology and quality assurance of a CX engagement in the water utility sector. You will bring global benchmarks to the table, shape the overall approach, and review all deliverables before they reach the client. This is a strategic, high-impact contract role with a focused hours commitment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Define and own the CX methodology applied throughout the engagement
- Introduce relevant global utility and public service benchmarks to inform recommendations
- Review and sign off on all client-facing deliverables for quality and rigour
- Guide the wider team on CX best practice and emerging approaches
- Provide advisory input at key project milestones and workshops
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Senior-level CX practitioner with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Proven exposure to utility, government, or regulated-sector CX programmes
- Strong grasp of global CX frameworks (journey mapping, VoC, service design)
- Track record of producing or reviewing high-quality consulting deliverables
- Able to work in an advisory capacity with a lean, fast-moving project team
