Deskripsi pekerjaan Customs Specialist / PPJK Officer - JAKARTA & SURABAYA PT Bina Inti Logistik (BIL)
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Education: Min. Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major (Logistics / Customs / Management preferred).
- Certification: Must possess an active Customs Specialist Certificate (PPJK).
- Experience: Fresh Graduates holding PPJK cert are welcome; experienced candidates preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in operating the CEISA system and import/export clearance workflows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage end-to-end import and export customs clearance processes in compliance with customs regulations.
- Prepare and verify PIB, PEB, invoices, packing lists, and supporting clearance documents.
- Coordinate effectively with Customs Authorities (Bea Cukai) and resolve clearance issues.
- Organize systematic archiving of customs documentation.
