Job Description:
As a source of information for external parties related to services, products, and facilities in the company, and is responsible for providing services to customers online and offline, in order to create satisfaction with the services of customers.
What will you do?
- Provide information about the products, services and facilities needed to customers.
- Proactively develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Finding and following up on marketing prospects.
- Assist customers with complaints and questions by providing answers and solution.
- Become a customer contact with the company and partners by forwarding customer complaints to management, so that improvements can be made.
- Create service reports by collecting and analyzing information from customers.
Requirements:
- Able to work in a team, and be responsible for any given task.
- Have good analytical and empathy skills and have a positive work attitude.
- Have strong telephone presentation skills.
- Able to establish good relationships with customers.
- Can organize Administration.
- Have good knowledge in using Microsoft Office.
- Have good knowledge in using Google Drive, Doc, Spreadsheet, and Slides.
- Have effective communication skills with clients via telephone verbally, written and have good interpersonal skills.
