Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any major).
Experience in the logistics industry is a strong advantage.
Skilled in handling customer complaints and capable of making quick and accurate decisions.
Proven experience in managing and motivating a team.
Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
Ability to manage time effectively and set clear priorities.
Placement: East Jakarta area.
