Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and product support to customer
- Monitoring all projects progress according to the timeline
- Collaborate with team member such as technical lead and developers to establish the project and create a future plan
- Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints.
- Analyze customer data to improve best practices
- Improve onboarding processes to make sure project running well
- Provide dashboard to monitor project health status
- Manage e-commerce customer
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate are welcome
- Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent
- Strong knowledge customer success processes
- Good organized and able to do multi-task
- Self-driven and proactive manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Great team player
- Technical skills required & able to learn new technology
- Good analytical & Problem Solving Skills
- Willing to work in shifts
