About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring an excellent customer experience across various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, phone, or other communication channels.
- Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Identify customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Customer Success, or a related role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- English proficiency is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.
