Requirements :

Minimum High School graduate
Experience in Customer Service or Presale is preffered
Good communication and customer handling skills
Able to explain products clearly and professionally
Familiar with Whatsapp, email, social media, and marketplace chat
Able to manage customer data and orders accurately
Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
Able to work individually and in a team
Fast learner and adaptable to new systems
Knowledge of QRIS or digital payment systems is a plus.
