- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
Requirements
- Willing to work night shifts
- Have experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is a point plus
- Experience in customer service or customer support role is preferred
- Strong communication skills (English proficiency is a plus)
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure
- Comfortable using digital tools and support systems
