Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for online customer consultation and IM online communication, gradually shaping the company's good image with a warm service attitude and professional problem-solving ability.
2. Familiar with the company's products and services, answer customer questions in a timely manner in strict accordance with company regulations.
3. Collect and feedback customer opinions, assist sales team to complete customer maintenance / retention.
4. Pay attention to community comments, complaints, messages and other information, collect and process them.
5. Under the leadership of the customer service team leader, unite and cooperate with other departments to complete the company's operational goals.
6. Make a record of daily work, record daily problems and how you solve them, sum up experience and lessons, constantly remind yourself to improve your ability to deal with problems, and become a professional online customer service.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, administrative management, finance and related majors
2. 2 years or more of experience as a customer service supervisor in the Internet, finance, and e-commerce
3. Have a strong sense of responsibility and initiative, and have a good learning ability;
4. Outgoing personality, good professional ethics, good at communication and coordination, and a good sense of teamwork;
5. Full of enthusiasm, aggressiveness and perseverance.
