Pawoon is hiring for Customer Support Reps! (Morning and Night Shift).
Pawoon is a SaaS POS (point of sale) start-up based in Jakarta

Job Desc:
- Answers incoming customer calls and live chat/email through Intercom Apps regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions and general client concerns
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every caller
- Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call and chat
- Available working shift
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma 3 / S1
- More than 1 year in Customer Service experience
- Familiar with CRM systems and practices
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
