About SuperFood:
SuperFood is an innovative food-tech startup dedicated to revolutionizing the culinary industry. Our platform empowers food businesses to maximize sales and operational efficiency through online food aggregation, efficient point-of-sale systems, and convenient e-grocery services.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the operational and tech team to develop effective strategies.
  • Create account management plans for clients.
  • Analyze sales data and client performance to provide strategic insights.

Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in admin/customer service position is preferred.
  • Experience in managing large-scale clients is a plus.
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills.
  • Friendly, patient, and able to handle difficult situations calmly.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in basic administrative tools (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and strong interpersonal skills to build good client relationships.
  • Familiarity with GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood systems.
  • Willing to work in shifts on weekdays and long shift on weekend.
  • Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
  • Ensure that you are using a Redmi smartphone and have a personal laptop.
